We will replace any damaged or defective products which are due to manufacturing defects. We reserve the right to either exchange the item for the same or equivalent product in purchase value. Due to the nature of the products being natural and handmade/handcrafted some products may vary slightly in size or color. Products which may have been damaged during shipping will be covered by shipping insurance.
